Robert Scarlett is one of a new crop of attacking Jamaican defenders who constantly creates problems for their opponents. He is fast, skillful and has the ability to carry the ball quickly deep into the opponents half.

Robert had a brief three-month stint with top Russian team Spartak Moscow before returning to his Jamaican club Harbour View. After an impressive performance in the 2005 Gold Cup, Scarlett was aquired By Real Salt Lake in the USA MLS League where continues to develop his craft.
