THE
MEDITATIONS: "GHETTO KNOWLEDGE"
EASY STAR RECORDS
The
Meditations are truly one of the few original
trio groups from the '70s still around and together
making great music. They are known for their
wonderful harmonies and strong message songs,
this CD has it all. Songs like Jah Music, Only
Jah Love, Curtis Mayfield's DoBeDown, Enemies
Away, Great Tribulation and the classic, Black
Man Redemption, on which they originally sang
background for Bob Marley. These are just some
of the songs you'll enjoy on this 17 track CD.
LUCIANO:
"SWEEP OVER MY SOUL"
VP RECORDS
You
Can't Stop Jah Works is not only the first song
on this great CD, but is the truth about Luciano.
It's truly Jah works that Luciano is here to
do. With his soul stirring voice, Luciano takes
you places you want to stay! This CD features
some hits for Luciano which were released as
singles. With new songs like Hold Strong, Final
Call, and When Will I Be Home?, this CD will

Morgan Heritage on Talking Bout, shows the world
that the new generation of Rootz and Message
Reggae singers is here to stay!
THIRD
WORLD: "GENERATION COMING"
I-MAN RECORDS
Third
world, is one of Reggae Music's most well known
bands. With Bunny Ruggs still on lead vocals,
there's no mistaking their sound. This CD took
listening to several times to grow on me. Songs
like Tuff Me Tuff, Clown in a Circus, Dem Man
Deh, and the title track, Generation Coming,
lets me know that Third World has not lost their
rootz. If you're a Third World fan, you have
to get this one.
MORGAN

on will have no dead ends. 17 tracks of message
music is hard not to want to hear over and over.
From the first song, Reggae Road Block, to the
title track Don't Haffi Dread, there is a message
for everyone, every where! May Jah bless the
Morgan family. Keep the rootz music coming.

VARIOUS
ARTISTS: "2-IN-1"
FINATIC RECORDS
Not
usually my favorite type of CD to listen to,
cause after the second song they all sound the
same. But not this one. 2-in-1 is a treat. First,
there's three different types of rhythms and
many great artists, such as Freddie McGregor,
Pam Hall, Screw Driver, Admiral Tibet, Thriller
U, Terry Ganzie, and many more. Thanks, "Fat
Man", for a continuous mix CD with no slackness
-Nuff Raspect!
